I’m Zachary Evans, owner of Foundry Building Co.
I started Foundry because I believe the way a project is managed matters just as much as how it looks when it’s finished.
My background
I’ve spent 6 years in custom home building, working hands-on from foundation to final walkthrough. While working in the field, I earned my degree in Construction Management. I took what I learned in class to the jobsite, and brought what I learned on the jobsite back to class.
That combination shaped how I build today. Being a good builder isn’t just knowing how to put a house together. It’s understanding what the homeowner cares about, planning ahead, managing the budget and schedule, coordinating trades, and taking ownership when something needs solving.

I work with homeowners across the Wasatch Front and Wasatch Back on remodels, additions, and custom homes.
